By accessing or using the OpenClawUP platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OpenClawUP enables one-click deployment of personal AI assistants powered by OpenClaw across messaging platforms including Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. The Service includes infrastructure provisioning on Hetzner Cloud, AI model access via OpenRouter, and instance management through a web dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service.
Accounts are created via Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service operates on a subscription basis at $39/month, which includes $15 in AI credits. Payments are processed through PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Each subscription includes $15 in AI credits per billing cycle. Additional credits can be purchased via one-time PayPal payments with a 10% processing fee. Unused credits (both included and purchased) expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription purchase. After this period, or for subsequent billing cycles, no refunds will be issued. Contact hi@openclawup.com to request a refund.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The Service integrates AI models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), Zhipu AI (GLM), MiniMax, and Moonshot AI (Kimi) via OpenRouter. Your use of AI-generated content is also subject to the respective provider's terms of service. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
Instances are deployed on Hetzner Cloud virtual machines in Europe (Germany/Finland), United States (Ashburn/Hillsboro), or Singapore. Upon subscription cancellation or non-payment, your VM and all data on it will be destroyed within 7 days. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain before cancellation.
You may provide bot tokens (Telegram, Discord) and other API credentials for the Service to function. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from the use of your provided credentials.
OpenClawUP owns the platform design, code, and branding. OpenClaw is an independent open-source project. You retain ownership of content generated through your use of the Service but grant us a limited license to process and host such content as necessary to provide the Service.
We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, and other factors may cause temporary service disruption. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClawUP from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your VM instance will be destroyed.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles.
